Lesley Feldman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Politcal Science from University of CA, Los Angeles in June of 1999. While attending UCLA Ms. Feldman competed on the UCLA softball team and won a National Championship in 1999. Thereafter she proceeded to graduate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA and obtained her Juris Doctor degree in June of 2003.
Ms. Feldman started her career in 2003 at Adelson, Testan & Brundo. She then joined Shiney and Fargo in 2007 and remained there until becoming a Managing Attorney for the Los Angeles office of Shaw, Jacobsmeyer, Crain, Claffey and Nix.
In March 2010 Ms. Feldman opened her own law firm where she has remained.
Ms. Feldman has extensive expertise in defending self-insured employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators. Throughout Ms. Feldman’s career she has defended a multitude of Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Feldman works directly with company representatives and claims department personnel to establish proactive compliance processes and vigorously defend the clients’ interests.
Throughout her career, Ms. Feldman has participated in presentations to adjusters and employers, cross-examined AME and QME physicians, proceeded to trial and obtained numerous “take nothings”, prepared Petitions for Reconsideration, and handled lien files to closure.
